Some times the simplest answer is the best. Stressed? Just breathe. Depressed? Just breathe. Feeling completely overwhelmed? Just breathe. No matter the problem, taking a moment to relax and reflect can put things into a better perspective. Often that is enough to reset all your expectations and let you a see a clearer path to a solution. If nothing else, it lets you stop the world for just a moment. And everything can change in a moment.
So take a breath, close your eyes, exhale and reset :-)
